No. You create an account and every section is open for the full trial. You pay only if you then choose a paid plan - once, for your wedding, never a subscription.
Nothing is deleted. The Free sections stay open; the sections above the Free plan close until you choose a plan. Everything you added in them is saved and opens again just as you left it.
Yes. Invite the couple and anyone helping into the wedding as helpers or viewers, and send each vendor a link to just their part. Each wedding is planned in its own account.
Yes, you can move up at any time and it opens at once. You don't pay twice: what you already have comes off the bigger plan, and you pay the difference plus €4.99. Plus to Premium, for example, is €54.99. Changed your mind? We refund everything you paid within 14 days of buying.
Everything stays open for 60 days. Then your wedding becomes read-only: you can still open it, the website stays up and you can download your guest list. A year after the wedding it is deleted, and we email you well before.
Yes, as often as you need before the day. A paid wedding can move up to 18 months past the date it was bought for, which covers a postponement; for more, write to us. Once the day has passed the date is fixed. If it is wrong, write to us and we will fix it.
