Questions
It is your plan in a form you can use while the day is happening: timings, contacts and lists on a phone rather than in a folder. Sposera’s Wedding day mode reads straight from your planning, so nothing has to be copied over the night before.
Ideally not the couple: a coordinator, the venue or a calm friend keeps the day moving. For day-of coordination, send them a share link and they get the schedule, guests, seating, rooms, contacts and transport, read-only and without the budget.
Sposera runs in the browser, so it needs a connection. For a venue with poor signal, print or download the whole pack as a PDF beforehand; each section starts on its own page with your names and the date.
Wedding day mode only records guest check-ins and which notes it carries, so nobody can move a table by accident. Changes are made in the planning sections, and the day view updates from them.
